About Patrick McCabe

Fitness has been a huge part of my life. I played various sports all throughout my youth and loved the activity of it all. As I eased into my adult years, my activity started to slow for a bit. I had a hard time seeing how going to the gym and just "lifting heavy weights" improved my everyday life and activities. It wasn't until I was took my first Pilates class, and learned about the mind/body connection, that I really started move. Pilates helped me return to walking, running, and mt. biking after a serious car accident. It wasn't long before I started on my path towards teaching.

I am an avid mt. biker and rock climber. On sunny days you can find me and my dogs, on a paddle board in the Puget Sound.
